The waist trimmer gives an illusion and hope to one day have a nice toned stomach area. It is comfortable, fit, and has just enough elasticity to help you feel like wearing the tool helps in creating a slim waist fast. Every since receiving this item I have worn it every day; if its to wear around the house, to the store or even during a workout, it has helped me to be motivated in losing my midsection. I’ve had this trimmer for about three weeks and it doesn’t disappoint. I’m pleased with its durability and easy wear under clothes. The reason for the four stars is because of the time it takes to see results but that’s up to me not the product.

This product has been amazing for me! I originally bought it because a massage therapist recommended it when I was complaining about my poor posture causing me much back pain. I exercise at the minimum 3 times a week and I am a nurse and constantly on my feet and having to lift patients and do procedures that require bending at the waist. Also, after having three children my abdominal muscles became weak and no matter how many exercises I did for that area, I still had a bit of a belly. I wear the belt to work and when I exercise and my lower back has felt amazing with no constant ache. I am losing inches in my abdominal area and my clothes around the waist feel so much better in such a short time. It has been 5 days and the results are immediate. I like that it is not noticeable under my uniform or clothing-not bulky at all. Highly recommend this product.

I love this product! Not only has the waist trimmer helped to tone and tighten my waist area, but the companies customer support and e-mails are always very thoughtful and helpful! Before I bought the product I was debating on buying a full on waist trainer for the ridiculous price they are, but I am so happy I chose this product instead! You can easily tighten or loosen the belt around your waist as it is velcro. It also isn’t restrictive and you will move with your body as you move, so yes you can touch your toes. I have actually found that this product has helped my lower back when working out, I have great posture already, but I just have a big curve/bend to my back so this belt really helps support it during work outs! I got this about 2-3 weeks ago, nothing insanely drastic has happened, but I definitely am able to notice a difference in the tightness of my stomach and abs! (so maybe there has haha cause I can usually be pretty hard on myself). I never work out without it now, great way to really get a full body sweat! Love it!By the way the company has not given me anything to write this, I just really love the product! 🙂
