I love this workout bench. It comes completely assembled and folded up, so all you have to do is take it out of the box and unfold it. It’s a little awkward that it folds and props up in the very center, but it does make sense that it makes for an easier fold-up. Overall, I love this thing. Can’t believe I had to scroll past 10 pages of results to find this item. If you want a solid, foldable workout bench that inclines at three different levels from flat to upright, I highly suggest you get this. This is the best option for the best price.

Fairly sturdy little bench that folds up nicely and is easy to set up. But since it folds in the middle, it does not give head support while in one of the more upright positions. I can still do incline presses and shoulder presses but it is a little less comfortable and if you have any problems with neck pain you would probably be better suited with the benches that fold with a small seat and longer back rest for these exercises.
