If you want the perfect ab bench this is it. It only had one review when I bought, so I figured I’d show it the love it deserves. The fact that there’s not some awkward pads under your knees makes it incredibly comfortable, and it is insanely sturdy. Also really easy to put together. Makes getting a few extra sets of core throughout the day easy money. 11/10.

I was very surprised how sturdy this sit up bench is since the price was less than half the price of more expensive models. The quality of the material covering the foam is very good and I am going to order more equipment from DelTech.
