Good power tower but no dip it pull up just lat pulldown Pulleys work perfect and feel just right well worth it for smaller size and standard weights rather than larger size full cage with Olympic size equipment. Looks good too.

Update: CAP was helpful and quick getting the missing parts to me. Bumped to 4 stars.:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::***Three stars, but will update, since it came with only one of three Safety Bar Catches, and only one of the two Storage Pegs.Normally I let it fly if the missing parts are benign or easily replaced… but after going to three different fitness equipment distributors after work “just to check”, it’s became clear these were unique enough (and expensive) where going through CAP for replacements is my best (only) option…. even though all 3 said CAP’s customer service (for resellers anyway) is pretty bad. CAP responded quickly with an easy checklist for them to send the missing pieces out. Happily will bump this to 5 stars if they come through.Until then, attaching a detailed pic of the one catch I did receive, assuming I’ll ham-n-egg my own out of black piping at Home Depot if I don’t receive the replacements resonably soon (since the rack is almost useless without them). RED is the diameter(s), GREEN are the lengths. BLUE circles indicate nice little bumps CAP puts in there for aligning while inserting.Otherwise this cage is great. Easy assembly, sturdy, and the pulleys put it over the top. Great value.
