This bench in my opinion is the best, solid flat bench out there. Not flimsy or cheaply made. Bench padding is thick and more than adequate for heavy guys. Solid and easy to assemble. Bonus! It double as a bench for my keyboard and fit perfect between keyboard stand. Don’t bother with cheap, less sturdy models. Took 1 hour from unpacking, , to assembly,to clean-up. A MUST to have around a house. A High quality piece of equipment in my gym. *****
