I am about 6 feet tall and the bench is kind of short. I didn’t think about it before buying it, that’s on me, but keep that in mind before purchasing. When in the seated position, my head is well above the end of the bench. Also, when laying down, my legs can’t lay flat on the bench unless I extend them. With feet firmly placed on the ground, knees at a right angle, my legs are elevated and I can’t lay flat.Other than that it’s easy to assemble, and can tuck away, which is nice.
