I’ve been working out for close to 5 years and this is the best olympic weight bench at a reasonable price point Ive ever used. The weight bench came promptly, the ability to use the bench and also has great for a wide variety of full-body workouts is a very nice feature, and is the main reason why I bought this bench. Still a good product and will see a great deal of use.

No assembly required. The height of the steps can be easily adjusted by snapping the riser into place. When only one set of risers was installed, the other set could not be stored under the steps, but it did not bother me. For my adult size, I find that the steps are strong at all adjustable heights.

Easy to set up and took me less than 10 minutes. I liked it and tried everything. I like it a lot myself. I sit at my computer most of the day. Ever since I moved my urinal chair to my Home Office, I like to lift weights on it when I take a short break. I’m really looking forward to seeing the ABS in a month. I have to say the device doesn’t take up much space at all, is reasonably designed, robust but not heavy and easy to move around.

Received on time and not difficult to put together. It was packed well and there was no damage. All the parts were included and the instructions were decent enough. It doesn’t wobble for me as I read in some reviews. I wish the bench had more padding but that’s personal preference. For the price, I shouldn’t get picky.
