I’ve heard or read information somewhere that indicates that rebounding is thought to have a very positive impact on the lymphatic system. And I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to try this mini trampoline. When it came to assembling it, I did find it difficult to unfold by myself because I wasn’t quite strong enough to push it down flat. This resulted in resorting to removing a lot more of the bungee cords than I had planned on. But after doing so, I was able to push it down far enough to lock it securely into position. I really recommend having someone help with assembling this because it will make the process a lot faster. When it came to reconnecting the bungee cords, although this took a while, I was very glad to find that a tool for this task is included with the trampoline. And when it came to the trampoline legs, those were quick and easy to attach. Not having used a rebounder trampoline before, I began by watching a few videos online. And after using it for only a short time, it became apparent to me that I really needed a stability handlebar in order to feel bolder and get more out of using it. Unfortunately, this one does not come with a stability handlebar, but I’m hoping that I can purchase one separately that will work with it. In the meantime, I’ve come up with a solution. By positioning this trampoline outdoors right next to a very large metal framed walk-in kennel that I have for my cats, I’m able to grasp a section of its frame and utilize it as a substitute stability handlebar. As soon as I had something to hold onto, I became much more confident and bolder in my movements. And I’ve found that I love using this rebounder trampoline. It’s a lot of fun. And I’m really happy to find that there are videos online for beginners that demonstrate a range of rebounding exercises. I’m hoping that in the course of time, in addition to providing lymphatic system support, this will help me with calf strengthening, flexibility and improving balance. I like this mini trampoline a lot and I recommend it because it offers a budget friendly option for those who want to give rebounding a try.
